Jerzey Jerky started during the COVID-19 pandemic when a passion for the food industry, specifically beef jerky, turned into a new venture. Like many people during that time, the journey began by trying something new: making homemade beef jerky for the first time. After extensive recipe testing and industry networking the hobby quickly evolved into a serious business focused on producing high-quality jerky. What began in an 800 sq. ft. apartment has since grown into a full-service Level 3 USDA Certified processing facility, reflecting a commitment to quality, consistency, and proper food production standards.

Today, Jerzey Jerky continues to build its brand around bold flavor, strong craftsmanship, and an entrepreneurial mindset, working to bring premium beef jerky to customers everywhere.

Unlike many traditional jerky brands that rely on lower-quality cuts, Jerzey Jerky is made using ranch-raised brisket, creating a more tender bite and richer flavor. Each batch is small-batch and handcrafted, with no nitrates, no MSG, and no artificial colorings.

With bold flavors and premium ingredients, our mission is to deliver a better, cleaner, and more satisfying jerky experience in every bite.

Proud to Support K9s For Warriors

Jerzey Jerky proudly supports K9s For Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of service dogs for military veterans. Through this partnership, a portion of our sales helps provide resources and supplies that support veterans and their service dogs.

This mission is personal to us. In early 2024, we lost our dog Ellie after 13 incredible years. Ellie originally came into our lives when a wounded military veteran could no longer care for her, and she quickly became a cherished member of our family. Her story continues to inspire our commitment to helping veterans and their companion animals.

Supporting veterans and the dogs that change their lives is something we’re proud to stand behind, and it’s a cause Jerzey Jerky will continue to support for years to come.
