Returns & Refund Policy
1. Can I return jerky?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
2. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. What if I receive the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, we’ll correct it immediately at no extra cost to you.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

Our beef jerky is made from whole cuts of lean beef, marinated in our signature seasoning blend, then slow-dried for maximum flavor and tenderness.
2. Are your meat sticks made from 100% real meat?
Yes — our meat sticks are made from 100% real beef or elk with no fillers or artificial binders.
3. Do your products contain MSG?
We do not add MSG to our jerky.
4. Is your jerky gluten-free?
Yes.
5. Is jerky healthy?
Jerky is a high-protein, low-carb snack that fits well into keto, paleo, and high-protein diets.
6. Is elk jerky healthier than beef jerky?
Elk is typically leaner and lower in fat while still high in protein.
